Please find attached the Mandatory Covid Intake Paperwork to be signed by the Cadet and their parent. Adult volunteers are also required to sign this paperwork.  Please print it out (all 3 sheets) and bring it with you to drill.  We will have extra forms onsite.

• Present completed paperwork;

• All cadets and adults will have their temperature taken on site with a No Touch Thermometer;  Any sign of temperature of 100 or more the cadet will not be permitted to attend drill;

• Parents will not be able to leave until their cadet has been cleared.

• Masks are mandatory (we will have some available on site along with Hand Sanitizer and Clorox Wipes); 

• Gloves will also be available.

The protocol for this uniforming day is as follows:

1- Cadet Leadership and Adult Volunteers - report to connex box at 0800. Remaining Cadets arrive at 0900. 
2- Bring signed packet of paperwork, ie. Attestation, Intake checklist and Daily Symptom Checklist;3- Bring your own lunch, snacks and hydration;4-Social Distancing will be practiced;5-Bring training forms; Parent PRT scores and DWS certificates if not already turned in.All cadets must RSVP to your Cadet Chain of command to confirm you will be present on uniforming day by 1700 hrs on 15JUL20.  For additional information please see homeport.seacadets.org under Covid-19 Re-Opening & Intake Protocols.
